Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will have the primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.

Main Duties:

  • Planning and Managing Cashflow;
  • Effectively managing the assets of the Company;
  • Accurate recording of the Financial records of the Company;
  • Monthly reporting to CEO and Board of Directors;

Creditors’ Clerk

Job Summary:
The Creditor’s Clerk will support the Finance Team with the preparation of internal and external finance reports and assist in the preparation of the annual audit.

Main Duties:

  • Perform supplier reconciliations in preparing requisitions for payments

  • Reconcile purchase orders to invoices

  • Ensure invoices are accurately captured on Xero on a daily basis

  • Receive and check all payment requisitions in accordance with Company policies and procedures

  • Load payments on the online banking system

  • Ensure that the banking details on supplier invoices match that of the creditor being paid

  • Respond to all queries relating to payments

  • Perform monthly supplier reconciliations to support all payments to approved suppliers

  • Deal with queries from creditors and staff regarding payments

  • Load new creditors on the online banking system

  • Obtain reserve bank approvals and ensure approvals are renewed before expiration

  • Accurate and timely processing and loading of telegraphic transfers on the online banking as well as manual submissions to the bank

  • Provide monthly creditors age analysis for review.

Job Summary:
The Assistant Retail Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store. The ideal candidate will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.

Main Duties:

  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Job Summary:
As a florist, your job will entail the processing flower shipments, pruning the flowers at periodic intervals, and arranging marketable bouquets.

Main Duties:

  • Order and maintain supply of fresh seasonal flowers, greenery, potted plants and decorative floral items for use in arrangements and displays.
