      Job Summary:

      As the Assistant Retail Shop Manager, you will support the Retail Store Manager in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, managing inventory levels and handling any other task assigned by the Retail Store Manager.

        Procurement Officer

        Job Summary:

        As procurement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our business. You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming stock, and to interact frequently with vendors and external parties, and manage the vendor selection processes as well as vendor performance.

         

        Duties:

        • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors;
        • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required;

        Storekeeper

        Job Summary:
        As the Storekeeper at the Bakery, you will be responsible for general and department-specific, routine, daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carry out inventories and inventory control activities, and manage purchase and change orders. 

        Main Duties:

        • Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain inventory;
        • Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies;
        • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received;
        • Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned;
        • Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy;

            Job Summary:
            The Creditor’s Clerk will support the Finance Team with the preparation of internal and external finance reports and assist in the preparation of the annual audit.

            Main Duties:

            • Perform supplier reconciliations in preparing requisitions for payments

            • Reconcile purchase orders to invoices

            • Ensure invoices are accurately captured on Xero on a daily basis

            • Receive and check all payment requisitions in accordance with Company policies and procedures

            • Load payments on the online banking system

            • Ensure that the banking details on supplier invoices match that of the creditor being paid
