Here are a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) we would have asked and some information that we would have liked to see.
Is delivery really free?

Yes, we deliver our products all over Mauritius island FOR FREE!

How long before I receive my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours.  We do strive to do better than that and many of you may have experienced same-day delivery.  Should we experience delays with your order, we will let you know via SMS or a phone call to the number you have provided.

How do Recurring orders work?
  1. Add ALL the items you would like to order to your cart.
  2. You can make your whole order (as selected in your cart) a repeating order by clicking the ‘Make this Order Recurring‘ option.
  3. Clicking the ‘Make this Order Recurring‘ option button will open options where you can set the frequency of the recurring orders (ie. How many weeks or months apart).
  4. You can Pause or Cancel the recurring order anytime by logging into My Account and choosing My Subscriptions from the menu and then going into your recurring order(s).
Can I send Biltong as a gift?

Yes, you can!  Simply fill in the address of the intended recipient under the Ship to different address section and add a note in the Order notes to tell us who the recipient is and please indicate that this is a GIFT.

We will reach out to you to arrange that payment be made prior to delivery.

Can I collect my Order?

Yes, you may certainly collect your Order from our office in Black River.  Please  mark in the Order Notes section that you will be collecting from our offices.

Due to the nature of our products, we prepare orders individually.  Kindly place your order with us by calling us, or placing an order through the website, and we will confirm via SMS when your order is ready for collection.

Is it Halaal?

We produce our Biltong from Karan Beef, which is certified to be Halaal.  Click here for more information.
