Biltong.mu started out to satisfy our own hunger for Biltong (a South African delicacy made from spiced cured meat), quality fresh meat, consistency and good service. Our brand, Biltong.mu, quickly became known island-wide for our fast online order and delivery service through our website www.biltong.mu. We further expanded our reach by opening our Biltong.mu Candy Café at Bagatelle Mall in 2019 and Biltong.mu Petit Food Emporium in Black River in July 2020.

Now, keeping true to our entrepreneurial flair, we have taken our offering one step further by introducing our new Biltong.mu Mobile Foods concept to the island – an offering of our high quality food products through mobile fast food outlets. We are rolling out a network of our eye-catching retro mobile foods to key locations across the island, offering mouth-watering boerewors (beef sausage) rolls, chicken prego rolls, unique beef ‘boerie’ burgers, chicken wraps and much more!
