CHICKEN AND DUCK
Ingredients: Deboned Duck, Deboned Chicken, Bacon, Glased Red Cherries, Salt,Spices, Modified Flavourants and Herbs, Hickory Flavouring, Brown Sugar, Lemon Powder
Serves: 10 – 12 people
Instructions: Preheat oven at 160C, Place Ducken on grid tray, cook low and slow for 2 and half hours to 3 hours. Do a pin test to see if clear liquid boils out to ensure the best cooking result. Let rest for 12 minutes, before slicing the Ducken
Serve with Redcurrent jam and red wine reduction.
