‘Sosatie‘ is the South African version of a Braai (Barbecue) skewer. Our TRADITIONAL LAMB SOSATIES are made from the finest cubed LAMB and marinaded in a Malay-curry inspired sauce for no less than 4 days. The SOSATIES absorb the flavour of the marinade; this process tenderises the lamb to melt in your mouth when cooked.
Our TRADITIONAL LAMB SOSATIES are best cooked on a wood-fired Braai and best served medium-rare to medium.
TRADITIONAL LAMB SOSATIES are sold in packs of 4 (±400g) and will serve 2 adults.
