PLAIN GAMMONS are sold individually in variable sizes Medium (3kg – 3.5kg) and Large (4kg – 4.5kg).
Pork, Water, Salt, Sugar, Phosphates (E451), Dextrose, MS G (E621), Sodium Erythorbate (E316), Sodium Nitrite (E250),
Sodium Carbonate (E500), Sodium Ascorbate (E301), HUP (Wheat Gluten), Spice Extracts.
Note: Our Gammons are partially pre-cooked and only require reheating before serving.
1. Preheat oven to 140 degrees Celsius
2. Place Gammon on a baking tray / bowl in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour until heated through (you can brush on a basting sauce if you should so choose)
3. To crisp the outer skin, switch the oven to ‘Grill’ until crisp to your liking
4. Remove from oven and serve in slices with mustard or other condiments of choice
