Pork Hock Roasts are sold individually in variable sizes ranging from Small (1.4kg – 1.5kg), Medium (1.5kg – 1.65kg), Large (1.8kg -1.9kg), Extra Large (2kg -2.2kg) and Extra Extra Large (2.21kg – 2.4kg).

They serve approximately the following number of people:
Small & Medium – 6 people
Large & Extra Large – 8 people
Extra Extra Large – 10 people

Cooking Tip
Score the skin in long strips or in blocks. Rub it with salt only, for the best crackling result.
