Our Pork Roasts are sold individually in various sizes: Small (1.5kg – 1.6kg), Medium (1.5 – 1.7kg), Large (2kg – 2.2kg), XL (1.9 – 2.3kg) and XXL (2.3 – 2.5kg).
The Small serves up to 6 people, the Medium serves up to 6 people, the Large serves up to 8 people, the XL serves up to 8 people and the XXL serves 10 people.

Cooking Instructions
This Pork Roast is ready for the oven, pre-heat to 150C° for around 2 hours and cook low and slow.
