Pork Tenderloin Fillet Medium

The PORK FILLET also known as PORK TENDERLOIN is the most prime cut of PORK and can be prepared in a number of ways.  A traditional South African way to cook PORK FILLET is to wrap it in bacon and cook it over an open fire; the bacon absorbs the char of the flames protecting the FILLET and resulting in crispy bacon forming a blanket around the tender FILLET which melts in your mouth.  Yummy!
