This is made from 100% Applewood chips, probably the most frequently used fruit smoke wood. The flavour is milder, more subtle, fruity and sweeter than Hickory.
Applewood liquid smoke is ideal for poultry, beef, pork (especially ham), game birds, lamb and some seafood.
It is suitable for vegetarian dishes and can be used on ready-made meals too.
