The product is made from 100% Hickory wood chips. Hickory is your more traditional wood used for smoking. Pork ribs, bacon, chicken breast & beef steaks are generally smoked with Hickory wood with delicious results. It creates a woody smoke flavour and aroma, as well as appealing colour that adds no calories or fat to foods. This particular flavour is not recommended for fish, cheeses or dips.
Itt is suitable for vegetarian dishes and can be used on ready-made meals too.
