The Hickory & Oak wood flavour is not as strong as the 100% Hickory varient. The addition of the Oak creates a slightly smoother taste, but still creates flavour and colour that adds no fat to foods. It works very well with all meat, sauces and some dips like Hummus.
It is suitable for vegetarian dishes and can be used on ready-made meals too.
