Combine the Marie Biscuits and butter and press into the base of a 23cm springform baking pan. Place pan into the fridge to allow the base to harden
Mix the cream cheese and condensed milk together, then beat in the melted chocolate.
Melt the gelatine in the microwave for 10 seconds on full power and then beat this into the mixture.
Fold in the whipped cream and Amarula Cream Liqueur
Pour the mixture into the prepared biscuit base and place in the fridge for 3 – 4 hours to set
Just before serving, melt the dark chocolate over a low-medium heat and add the Amarula. Stir until smooth.
