Only use fresh lemon juice otherwise it will not set.
Cherries, strawberries or citrus fruits make lovely garnish too.

Base
 1 Packet of Marie Biscuits, Crushed
 90 g Butter, melted
Filling
 250 g Cremora Coffee Creamer
 ½ cup Boiling Water
 1 Nestle Condensed Milk Can
 ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
 1 Cadbury Flake Chocolate for Garnish
How do we do this?

Combine the Marie Biscuits and butter and press into the base of a 23cm springform baking pan or a tart pan. Place pan into the fridge to allow the base to harden

Beat the Cremora Coffee Creamer and water together. Separately beat the fresh lemon juice and condensed milk together. Then combine all together.

Pour into biscuit base and refrigerate for 3 hours to set

Grate Cadbury flake chocolate over top to garnish just before serving
