Great side dish!
Kids love this easy bacon & pea combo!

 500 g Peas (Fresh or Frozen)
 500 g Biltong.mu Smokey Streaky Bacon (6 Bacon Strips)
 ½ Onion (Chopped, not too finely)
 Salt & Black Pepper to taste
How do we do this?

Boil the Peas for 10 – 12 minutes until done

Meanwhile fry the Biltong.mu Bacon until crispy, remove from skillet and crumble or cube

Fry the Onion in the same skillet as the bacon till soft and golden

Once the Peas are done, drain and then return to the saucepan, together with the Bacon and Onion

Heat through and season with Salt and Black Pepper

Stir through a teaspoon or two of unsalted butter before serving.
