 1 Tin of Chopped Tomato and Onion mix (add some brown sugar and Oregano to taste)
 250 g Mozarella Cheese (Grated)
 80 g Feta Cheese
 1 Red Onion (Sliced into Rings)
 1 Med Sized Green Chili (Thinly Sliced - Remove the seeds)
 1 Green Pepper (Thinly Sliced)
 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
 Rocket Leaves (for Garnish)
 Sweet Chili Sauce - Wellington Brand Preferably
Pizza Dough (Optional)
 2 cups White Bread Flour
 1 tsp Instant Yeast
 1 tsp Salt
 ¾ cup Warm Water
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
