Cake
 4 Eggs
 90 g Vanilla instant pudding
 1 Vanilla Cake Mix Packet
 ½ cup Cold Water
 1 cup Chopped / Silvered Almonds
 ½ cup Sunflower Oil
 ½ cup Rum
Rum Glaze
 125 g Butter
 1 cup Sugar
 ¼ cup Rum
 ¼ cup Water
How do we do this?

Pre-heat the oven to 160˚C

Grease a tube pan and sprinkle the almonds over the bottom of the pan

Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the almonds

Bake for approximately an hour, until cake tester comes out clean.

Cool slightly before inverting the cake onto serving plate

Prick the exposed surface of the cake gently with a fork and spoon the rum glaze all over the hot cake
