Refund & Return Policy
All definitions (words, except the first word of a sentence, having the first letter in capitals) and abbreviations used in this Refund and Return Policy are those definitions and abbreviations defined in the Terms and Conditions and shall have the meaning and interpretation as set out therein the Terms and Conditions.
- REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
All products are sold “as is” and all sales are final. You assume the responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued.
Our Refund and Return Policy lasts 30 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or price equivalent in store credit.
Assuming you return you purchase within 14 days from delivery, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns may be exchanged or issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must inform us via at [email protected] no later than 14 days after the date you receive the purchased item and you must return such item to address within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
We shall reimburse to you all `payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 working days. Refund of orders made by bank transfer will be completed on the original bank account within 48 hours from issuance of credit note and only after receiving the bank details from customers. Refund is made on the same currency of the original order. Possible difference in the refunded amount may depend on variations of the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.
- CHANGES TO REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Refund and Return Policy by posting updates and changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check our Site periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Site or the Services following the posting of any changes to this Refund and Return Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
